Kelly Garton’s research on the commercial determinants of health and food environment regulation was central to the Nourishing Hawke’s Bay project. Having contributed to key initiatives such as the Ka Ora, Ka Ako Healthy School Lunch Programme, Kelly continues her work as a Research Fellow, focusing on public health policy and food systems in Aotearoa and globally.
